The restaurant (awarded 15 Gault Millau points) doesn't offer a menu to choose from. Instead, a new, specially created four-course meal awaits guests each evening. The wine selection is second to none and quite reasonably priced.

Guests appreciate the intimate, familiar and down-to-earth atmosphere in the vaulted cellar restaurant. The back room offers a classic dining setting, while the front room has an elegant ambience with occasional tables and leather armchairs.
