The Emmental Show Dairy, with its village character, is an attractive place to learn and discover. The little cheese village is a blend of the past and the present. You'll experience both traditional and modern production techniques for the world-famous Emmental AOC.

The two restaurants serve delicious regional and seasonal specialties and have garden terraces that invite you to linger. Cheese specialities, souvenirs, gifts and sweet treats can be purchased in the cheese shop, the trade shop or the Mätteli-Beck bakery.

Groups can make their own cheese under the guidance of a professional cheesemaker. Tours, cheese-rolling obstacle courses and farm tours are available with advanced booked.
